Branding Process

Discovery:
Here we learn about you — your audiences, your goals for those audiences, existing branding, and the opportunities and challenges for your organization. It’s the basis for all that will follow.

Strategy:
Then we move to develop goals, strategies and specifics for your overall visual identity, admissions, development and/or communications programs or for a single tool (Web site, annual report, viewbook, etc.). This phase usually includes a schedule and cost estimate.

Creative Development:
We present a concept outline and graphic design approach for each particular marketing communications tool. Once you’ve approved our direction, we proceed to copywriting and full design.

Implementation:
We prefer to manage projects from strategy and creative through printing/engineering and delivery/launch to assure they meet our high quality standards.

Tracking & Feedback:
We keep in close contact with you to determine the effectiveness of the communications strategy or tool, the best ways to track its impact, its synergy with your overall program, and whether we can work together to improve it in any way.
