Challenge

With a move in the rankings from the top of the second tier to the bottom of the first tier, the Tulane University Freeman School of Business needed to re-assess its branding and communications programs to more effectively compete in a very different marketplace.

Solution

Zehno has created personalized search pieces, viewbooks, brochure templates, folders and a web feature to match the brand personality identified in our communications audit. Descriptions such as “gutsy,” “up-and-coming,” “independent” and “entrepreneurial” are illustrated using bold typography, a bright color palette and the lush photography of New Orleans as personally experienced by Tulane business students. Zehno has also worked with the school to employ personalized direct mail, video and banner advertising campaigns.

Results

The tools that Zehno has produced with Tulane consistently drive action and traffic to the school’s website. Response rates for an individual information session campaign saw a 270% increase in RSVPs and 200% increase in attendance. Tulane continues to turn to Zehno when they require the right message for the right audience.
