Shannon has a wealth of experience helping organizations both create and communicate their competitive advantages. She joins Zehno with a track record of management success in companies ranging from small, specialized firms to national, publicly traded corporations. Before her work on the client side of the marketing equation, Shannon rose through the agency ranks from Research Associate to Creative Services Director. 

Shannon’s specialty includes working with organizations that have to reach multiple audiences to succeed. She understands the challenge of reconciling multiple decision points and messages with a consistent, memorable brand identity. She also helps clients express their brands in everything from physical environments and experiences to their digital counterparts across a wide range of platforms.

Shannon earned a BFA from Cornell University. She also studied design at Oxford University and Harvard Graduate School of Design, education at the University of New Orleans and completed the social enterprise certification program offered nationally through Community Wealth Ventures. 

When she’s not working, Shannon enjoys the distinctive art and culture of New Orleans. A native of Manhattan, she has embraced the Crescent City and learned to love its glorious idiosyncrasies.
